By accessing and using Artham's digital payment services platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be a resident of India
- You must have valid government-issued identification
- You must have authority to enter into this agreement
- You must complete KYC verification as per RBI guidelines
3. Dealer Services
3.1 Registration
To become a dealer, you must complete registration, provide accurate information, and undergo KYC verification. False information may result in account termination.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities conducted through your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
3.3 Service Limitations
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements.
4. Transactions
4.1 Transaction Limits
Transaction limits are set as per RBI guidelines and may vary based on service type, KYC status, and account history.
4.2 Transaction Charges
Service charges and commission rates are as communicated at the time of onboarding. We reserve the right to modify charges with prior notice.
4.3 Failed Transactions
In case of failed transactions, refunds will be processed as per our refund policy. You must report transaction failures within 24 hours.
5. Commissions and Settlements
- Commissions are calculated based on successful transactions
- Settlements are processed as per agreed schedule
- Chargebacks or reversals may result in commission deduction
- Commission rates may be revised with 30 days notice
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Process transactions for prohibited goods or services
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Share your account credentials with others
- Misrepresent your identity or business
7. Compliance and Regulations
All services are subject to RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and applicable Indian laws. You must comply with all KYC/AML requirements and cooperate with regulatory audits.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to Artham. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
9. Liability and Indemnification
9.1 Limitation of Liability
Artham is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned by you in the preceding month.
9.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Artham against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of services.
10. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for:
- Violation of terms or policies
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
- Regulatory requirements
- Extended account inactivity
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The jurisdiction will be courts in [Your City], India.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
